About Us
ProTrack Heavy Equipment Repairs is a family owned company and was founded by Mick Green in 2013. Mick has 23 years experience as a Heavy Equipment Fitter and has worked in the mining industry for 10 years. Mick has worked for Gough and Gilmour as a Field Service Mechanic, Komatsu as a Field Service/Resident Mechanic, Westrac as a Field Service Mechanic and was promoted to Field Service Co-ordinator and with Thiess initially as a Pit Fitter being promoted to Crew Supervisor and then as the Digger and Drill Supervisor. Since commencement, ProTrack has grown to employ 7 local specialised personnel who boast a total of 19 years combined OEM and mining experience. ProTrack values its team and is an employer who maintains high personnel retention. Ongoing team development and ensuring personnel are up to speed with the latest training required for maintaining its clients’ fleets forms a part of the ProTrack continuous improvement strategy. Ongoing identification of cost saving initiatives has been the focus for ProTrack to ensure customer satisfaction. ProTrack are committed to maintaining open communication with its clients and ensuring its personnel are focused on Safety and Risk Management practices, Quality of workmanship, the Environment and our clients’ values.
